Clinics for professional students and amateur musicians
Clinics for professional students and amateur musicians
At the GBE clinics, you don’t just stand on the sidelines—you step right into the music. You’ll play alongside experienced instructors and renowned guest soloists, work on ensemble playing, timing, sound, and improvisation, and experience what it’s like to be part of a real big band or brass ensemble. Whether you’ve been playing for years or are just looking for some fresh inspiration, the clinics are accessible, challenging, and, above all, a lot of fun.
The atmosphere during the clinics is open and motivating. No stuffy lessons, but active sessions full of interaction, musical experimentation, and the joy of playing. Participants learn not only from the professionals leading the sessions, but also from one another. It is precisely this combination of quality and accessibility that makes the Groningen Brass Experience so special.
For the production and musical accompaniment, GBE is collaborating withBig Band Dutch Spirit, which helps make every clinic an inspiring musical experience.
